Understanding the legal processes and paperwork of a new country can take a lot of time. At RSC we support and accompany expats in this process to comply with all legal requirements in Chile.

• Previous talk held with the client, before arriving to Chile, to understand their situation.
• Send information on documents clients should obtain before coming to Chile (education, health, work, etc.).
• Translation arranged for the documents.
• Advice and attend with our clients to obtain a Chilean Visa, Identity Card and Driver's License.
• Presentation of the mandatory social security systems in Chile: Health insurance (ISAPRE) and retirement savings (AFP), and advice on the best option for the specific family profile.
• Closing of agreements with health insurance and retirement savings institutions.
• Delivery of insurance plans and agreements for expats.
• Following up on each process until closing.
