• Delivering a Welcome Kit.
• Providing a cell phone for 30 days.
• Having an introductory intercultural talk where tools are provided to face the cultural change and handle the new destination.
• Offering a personalized tour through the main areas of Santiago.
• Providing two therapy support sessions to face the adjustment period positively.
• Offering three classes of Chilean-Spanish.
• Coordinating temporary car rental with driver (additional service).
